A team headed by the Honourable Vice Chancellor Dr. S. Mohan had visited the PKIET on 15th October 2025, to highlights the Implementation of National Education Policy 2020 for the Constituent and Affiliated Colleges under Puducherry Technological University (PTU).
The programme was inaugurated by the Principal Dr. M. Aramudhan, and he welcomed the Chief Guests Prof. Dr. S. Mohan, Vice Chancellor, PTU. The other dignitaries were Prof. Dr. K. Vivekandandan, Director (Academic & Educational Innovation), PTU, Prof. Dr. Ka. Selvaradjou, Director (Planning & Development), PTU and Prof. Dr. L. Nithyanandan, Dean of Internal Quality Assurance Cell, PTU.
The sessions were initiated by Prof. Dr. S. Mohan Vice-Chancellor of PTU and he delivered a insight details on the Implementation of National Education Policy 2020 in PKIET Seminar Hall at 10.00 AM for all the faculty, staff members and the First-Year students.
Followed by Prof. Dr. K. Vivekanandan highlighted the Syllabus and Curriculum framework based on the NEP 2020. Prof. Dr. Ka. Selvaradjou emphasised the value-based education on “Sustainable Development and Responsibility of the Engineers “. Prof. Dr. L. Nithyanandan briefed on “Outcome Based Education” to the audience.
